Good people
Always
Season-led plates, cold martinis,
and a room that glows after dark.
We buy from eleven farms inside an hour's drive, and the menu changes when they tell us to. Some weeks that means three kinds of tomato; some weeks it means we're all in on cabbage and doing something surprising with it.
Nothing here is complicated for its own sake. We just want the leeks to taste more like leeks than you expected.
More about us →“A room where the food is serious and nobody else is. The kind of neighborhood restaurant every neighborhood is supposed to have.” Hudson Valley Table, 2025
Half the bar is held for walk-ins every night. The corner table by the window is worth asking for.
One seating, one menu, long tables. Four courses family-style at 6pm, $65 a head. Bring people you like.
Fourteen seats behind a curtain for birthdays, rehearsal dinners, and anything that needs a door. Available Wed-Fri.
Low-intervention, mostly European, nothing over $90 by the bottle. Ask Nora - she'll find the one you'll like.
Reservations open thirty days out. Walk-ins get the bar, and the bar is the best seat anyway.
